But with any major update, a few hiccups may come up.
Here are the most common issues members have encountered, along with quick fixes to get you back on track.
⚠️ Issue 1: Clicking on a chat opens iPhone System Settings
What’s happening:
When tapping a chat, instead of opening the conversation, your phone redirects you to iOS Settings.
How to fix it:
Open your iPhone Settings
Scroll down and tap on MDS Community
Enable the following permissions:
Camera
Microphone
Notifications
Once these are turned on, the app should behave normally, and chats will open as expected.
